At Five Star Bath Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by confirming appointments, managing the calendar, and providing top-notch support.
What You’ll Do:
- Confirm appointments with clients via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database.
- Manage the calendar and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback for process improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-driven & motivated
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Should be located in New York State or should have been a New York City resident for at least 5 years for 100% Remote
