At Five Star Bath Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by confirming appointments, managing the calendar, and providing top-notch support. 

What You’ll Do:
 
  • Confirm appointments with clients via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels. 
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database.
  • Manage the calendar and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction. 
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback for process improvement. 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. 
  • Self-driven & motivated
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferred. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.  
  • Should be located in New York State or should have been a New York City resident for at least 5 years for 100% Remote
