Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex business systems analysis projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-production support.
- Partner with business stakeholders to document functional requirements and recommend technology solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, test plans, test cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Serve as the functional lead for enterprise applications and system enhancement initiatives.
- Analyze system interfaces, identity lifecycle processes, data flows, and integration requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams, vendors, and business partners to deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Support regulatory, compliance, conversion, acquisition, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Coordinate project timelines, estimates, milestones, and issue resolution activities.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews and continuous process improvement efforts.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on business analysis and testing methodologies.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of combined higher education and/or business systems analysis experience.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management concepts.
- Experience with system interfaces, databases, and enterprise data flows.
- Familiarity with SailPoint IIQ, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and integrated business applications.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $29.90 - $49.84/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
