Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
• Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Create clear, structured documentation, including process maps, workflows, and functional specifications
• Work with delivery teams to translate business needs into practical, efficient solutions
• Assist in developing business cases, impact assessments, and data-driven recommendations
• Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely and effective delivery
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for stakeholders at various levels
• Evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements as needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and service quality
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices relevant to consumer services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or an equivalent associate-level role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
• Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to gather, interpret, and prioritize requirements from diverse stakeholders
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus
• Familiarity with the consumer services industry is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
