Bilingual Front Desk Specialist - Pain Management & Spine

We are seeking a personable, highly professional Bilingual Front Desk Specialist to support a high-volume Pain Management and Spine practice. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in pain management or spine care, operates eClinicalWorks (eCW) with ease, and confidently manages 100+ daily inbound/outbound patient calls, appointment scheduling, and front-office coordination with exceptional verbal clarity and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume communications (100+ inbound and outbound calls daily) in both English and Spanish with clear, professional speech.
• Efficiently manage patient appointment scheduling and front desk reception workflows.
• Utilize eClinicalWorks (eCW) daily for record maintenance, scheduling, and patient intake.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care suited for individuals dealing with chronic pain and spine conditions.
• Perform preliminary insurance verifications and authorization follow-ups as needed.

Requirements

Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in English and Spanish.

Specialty Experience: 2+ years of front desk experience in a Pain Management or Spine practice is strongly preferred.

Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is required.

Call Volume Comfort: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling high-volume calls.

Bonus Skills: Prior experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations is a strong plus.

Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a starting pay rate of $6 per hour, depending on skill set and experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8AM - 4PM, CST.
