AWS Solution Architect (Remote)

We are building a data intensive ecosystem. We are On a mission to COLLECT , STRUCTURE and  ORGANIZE KNOWLEDGE and DATA.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Collaborate with Frontend , Backend and application architects to build  a great product.
• Should have practical experience on AWS cloud computing, CodePipeline, Cognito Authentication, EC2 Servers, DynamoDB, S3 bucket and other AWS services as well.
• Develop deep relationships with  project leaders & collaborate with the team.
• Define long term cloud strategy and mentor operations teams to implement the solutions.
• Automate solutions for repeatable problems to transform manual processes and deployments into DevOps automated pipelines using AWS native services.
• Develop test plan and testcases to demonstrate application/database readiness post migration.
• Work closely with application teams to ensure required functionality & desired features.
• Keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights and maintain technical skills and knowledge.
• Advocate new features and solutions to bring operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Having a approved AWS certificate is a big plus point.

 Skills & Experience Requirements :-

• Subject matter level expertise on AWS Governance & Cost Management, AWS Network & Security, AWS Compute (EC2) & Storage, Backup & DR, Monitoring
• Experience in  Node.js & Database like NoSQL & SQL
• Infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (E.g., shell, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation etc)
• Strong hands-on experience on CI/CD tools like Jenkins etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
• Implementing experience with primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, ECS, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, Route53 & S3)
• Deep hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at large scale.
• Experience in containers like Kubernetes and docker administration (EKS and ECS).
• Good architectural knowledge to design, build AWS Cloud Native solutions and integrating 3rd party tools to solve issues.
• Experience in working with AWS CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

  Hosting and Deployment Solutions:

  • Good understanding of AWS which includes(All required):
  • Good expertise in Linux.
  • EC2 instance management.
  • Scalability (Horizontal or Vertical) which includes autoscaling.
  • Proper use of S3 for static file management.
  • SNS or AWS email service.
  • AWS resource cost optimization.
  • Proper knowledge of Load Balancers
  • AWS Lambda & Kinesis
