Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management:
    • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of mortgage loan originators (MLOs).
    • Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and support to drive individual and team sales goals.
    • Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on integrity, customer service, and results.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase loan volume and market share.
    • Set and monitor team sales targets, KPIs, and productivity metrics.
    • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
  • Compliance & Process Oversight:
    • Ensure all loan originators adhere to company policies, lending regulations, and compliance standards.
    • Work closely with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure a smooth loan process.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, loan products, and regulatory changes.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Support originators in building and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and referral partners.
    • Resolve complex client issues and escalate when necessary to ensure a positive borrower experience.
