The Associate Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale agricultural projects from concept through completion. They will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and conservation partners while managing project objectives and risks.

In this role, you will deliver large-scale agricultural drainage, irrigation, earthmoving, and conservation projects from concept through completion. Working closely with senior project leaders, clients, contractors, landowners, and conservation partners (TSPs), you will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing projects that improve farm productivity, sustainability, and long-term value. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging project management professional who enjoys agriculture, technical problem solving, and building strong client relationships.

Bonus:
Compensation: In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $100,000.
Remote Eligibility: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at a Pinion office or attendance at offsites, as requested/required by the firm and/or your supervisor. While the position is Remote Eligible, you must live in a state where Pinion has a registered entity and is actively hiring. Click here for the up-to-date list of excluded states.
