We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager in Croatia! You will be responsible for developing and expanding the company’s footprint within an assigned geographical location by implementing and executing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Experience in B2B sales
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills
- Very professional customer focus and ability to build relations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical, quick decision-making skills and structured approach to problem-solving
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactive approach to complex problem resolution
- Responsibility, accountability, effective time management
- Ability to work with IT systems like CRM, Power BI
- Willingness to travel with time flexibility
- Driving license - group B
- At least a pre-intermediate level of English (to participate in product training etc.)
- Previous experience within logistics, fuel card or toll provider, or financial industry with digital sales is a big plus
Implement, achieve, and monitor sales targets, including sales plans and performance indicators
Take responsibility for achieving sales results and monitor them on an ongoing basis
Obtain and accurately interpret market needs and trends
Consistently work on the implementation of internal sales processes
Implement sales strategy in line with internal company policies and documents
Work on maximizing the value of features, equipment, and services together with appropriate pricing policies
Proactively contact and communicate with potential customers
Regularly present EW products, in particular the fuel system, to potential customers
Maintain strong business relationships with existing customers
Develop new sales strategies and create new sales channels
Manage and maintain databases (CRM) with all the necessary information
Participate in negotiations and actively seek ways to successfully conclude contracts between EW and customers
