We’re hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to support lead generation and sales outreach efforts by connecting with prospects, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, organized, results-driven, and comfortable engaging with potential clients through calls, email, and social media outreach.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective clients through calls, email, SMS, and social media
  • Qualify leads based on client criteria and business needs
  • Book appointments and discovery calls for the sales team or client
  • Follow up consistently with leads to increase response and conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and appointments in the CRM
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meeting schedules
  • Track outreach performance and provide updates on lead activity
  • Support lead generation campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Communicate professionally and build rapport with prospects

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales outreach
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence in speaking with prospects and handling objections
  • Experience using CRM tools and outreach platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets
  • Comfortable following scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
  • Reliable, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus

Work Environment:

Location: Remote (Philippines only).
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hrs per week 
Equipment: Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection.

 

Salary: 600GBP per month
