Amazon PPC Manager

Full-time. Remote across Serbia, North Macedonia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Working hours 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST. Compensation: 200,000 to 350,000 RSD per month, net.

eHigher is an ecommerce marketing agency. We manage and grow brands on Amazon, Walmart, and emerging marketplaces, and we run the full operation behind them: advertising, catalog, creative, and brand strategy. We are operators, not advisors. Our team runs live accounts at scale, owns the numbers that move a P&L, and has the track record to back it.

2. About the Role

PPC is one of our biggest levers for growth, and this role owns it end to end. You build the function and you run it.

You own advertising across every marketplace we operate, starting with Amazon. You set the strategy, run the campaigns yourself, and own the result. Growth is only half the job. Every dollar of spend has to earn its place and protect margin.

What you'll own:

1. The strategy and the numbers. The full Amazon Ads program across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, with DSP as it grows. You set the targets that matter, ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS, and you hit them while growing sales. You decide how budget splits across brands and products, and you own the outcome.
2. The hands-on execution. You do the work, not hand it off. Keyword and product research, campaign structure, bids and budgets, cutting what is dead and scaling what is not. You live in the data and turn what you see into the next move.
3. Growth across the catalog and new channels. You launch new products with a plan to win, defend the best sellers, and take share from competitors. You work with our catalog and creative people so your keyword strategy and listing SEO pull the same direction. As we grow on Walmart, you take advertising there too.

3. Requirements

• 3+ years managing Amazon PPC for a brand, an accelerator, or an agency, with full ownership of the results
• A track record of hitting ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS targets while growing sales, with numbers you can show
• Deep, hands-on command of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. DSP experience is a plus
• Expert at keyword and product-targeting research, campaign structure, bid and budget management, and search-term analysis
• Experience running ads in the supplement and lighting categories is a strong plus
• Comfortable owning a real ad budget end to end, from strategy to execution
• Genuinely data-driven. You live in the reports, know your way around Excel, and let the numbers drive the call
• Fluent with the leading tools, such as Perpetua, Pacvue, Helium 10, Scale Insights, or Quartile, and you pick the right one for the job
• You understand how advertising and listing SEO work together
• Walmart Connect experience is a plus
• You use AI every day to work faster and sharper
• Strong written and verbal English, and you can explain performance clearly to our team
• An ownership mentality. You take full responsibility for the outcome, bring solutions, and follow through

Ideal experience: you have taken over an account that was never properly managed and made it profitable. You have scaled spend while improving efficiency, not just spending more. You think like an owner of the P&L, not a button-pusher, and you are at your best when the number you own is moving the right way.
