Responsibilities :
- Support the Program Manager in daily EFMP Respite Care program operations.
- Serve as acting Program Manager when required.
- Assist with staffing oversight, provider compliance, reporting, and quality control.
- Coordinate with Regional Coordinators, respite care providers, families, and Government representatives.
- Help monitor service delivery, provider performance, and case coordination.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of qualified Level III and Level IV respite care providers.
- Ensure documentation, personnel files, certifications, and background checks are complete before services begin.
- Assist with resolving operational issues and maintaining continuity of care.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related healthcare or social service field.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in healthcare or social services.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting military families or similar populations.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to support nationwide service operations.
