If you have experience and knowledge in quality management systems, certifications such as Global GAP or similar and have general understanding of ESG management, you could be a great fit. Please ensure your CV/Resume is submitted in English.

Key Performance Outputs

1. Compliance Documentation Management: Track certification validity, renewals, and audit schedules. Ensure documentation meets country-specific market requirements

2. Risk & Non-Conformance Control: Identify and track non-conformities and compliance gaps. Follow through corrective actions with growers.

3. Grower Compliance Coordination: Provide guidance on certification and documentation standards. Support audit preparation and execution.

4. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain structured compliance tracking systems. Provide accurate and timely reports to leadership. Ensure traceability and data integrity.


Requirements

Education / Experience:

  • Degree in Administration, Agronomy, Food Science, Quality Management or related
  • 2–4 years in compliance/admin roles with background in certifications
