The Skilled Trades Sourcing Recruiter will make at least 50 outbound calls daily to candidates and conduct phone screens to interview them. They will also be responsible for maintaining communication with candidates from initial contact to hire.

The Skilled Trades Sourcer will actively search for and source candidates for skilled trades positions, conduct outreach, and manage a pipeline of candidates. They will also perform initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and ensure timely follow-ups.
