You will be responsible for driving outbound sales in the DACH enterprise market and closing high-value deals. Additionally, you will lead, coach, and develop a small team of junior sales staff while optimizing sales processes and KPIs.

You will be responsible for building and scaling the inbound marketing engine for the DACH region from scratch. This includes managing marketing budgets, identifying multipliers, and collaborating with sales to convert MQLs into the pipeline.

The role involves actively closing enterprise-level deals and optimizing the outbound sales process for the DACH market. Additionally, the Head of Sales will lead, coach, and develop a team of 2-3 junior sales employees.

Build and scale lead generation channels from scratch to create an inbound engine for the Enterprise SaaS segment in the DACH region. Manage the marketing budget and ROI while collaborating with the CEO and Sales team to deliver Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
