The Director of Foodservice will build and own the foodservice channel by leveraging an existing network to land flagship QSR and fast-casual accounts. They are responsible for establishing a distributor network and defining the overall commercial strategy for the channel.

The role focuses on new customer acquisition in the mid-market, specifically targeting CPG and contract manufacturers. Responsibilities include building a sales pipeline from scratch, managing the full deal cycle, and coordinating with R&D teams for product sampling and alignment.
