The associate will proactively approach entrepreneurs facing succession, exit, or participation scenarios, conducting initial interviews to assess their readiness and fit for the system. They are responsible for qualifying mandates and handing them over to the Advisor and Principal teams while building a valuable personal network.

The primary role involves identifying entrepreneurs with a succession or exit trigger and initiating contact to conduct an initial assessment regarding fit, readiness, and decision-making maturity. Successful candidates will hand off qualified leads to the transaction team while retaining a share of the success, building a self-sustaining network over time.
