Tandem Physical Therapy and Pilates

The primary responsibility is serving as the first point of contact for new leads by making outbound calls and following up via phone and email to schedule qualified appointments for physical therapy services. This role also involves managing the lead database and providing occasional phone coverage support for current patients.
