Remote Intake Coordinator
The coordinator receives inquiry calls, assists callers with scheduling assessments or provides community referrals based on patient needs, and ensures necessary assessments are completed by a licensed RN. They coordinate treatment with physicians, complete administrative admission processes including insurance authorization, and manage referrals through various platforms.
