Provide frontline application support for CMiC software, managing user accounts, security permissions, and troubleshooting system issues. Act as a liaison between business users and IT to resolve incidents and improve CMiC module workflows across finance and operations.

Responsible for compiling and analyzing project costs, materials, and labor to provide accurate forecasts and technical evaluations. The role involves developing estimating strategies, preparing bid packages, and providing mentoring to the estimating department.

The Senior Estimator will work with the company's estimating systems and processes, preparing bid packages and performing complex estimating assignments. They will also assist in quantifying the impact of various project actions on estimates.
