The Senior Proposal Manager will lead and manage the entire proposal development lifecycle from RFQ through final RFP, including guiding strategy alignment, ensuring compliance, and overseeing production. Responsibilities also include writing and editing high-quality proposal sections, collaborating with technical staff, and supervising/mentoring proposal team members.

The Senior Preconstruction Manager will lead strategic planning for key pursuits and serve as the proposal lead on complex projects. Responsibilities include developing capture plans, facilitating discussions, and ensuring compliance and accuracy in proposal submissions.
