The Client Account Manager is responsible for onboarding and coordinating care services for a diverse client base. This includes managing care plans, scheduling caregivers, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and their families.

Coordinate and manage complex weekly schedules for caregivers to ensure all client needs are met. Maintain accurate client documentation and handle communications between clients and staff professionally.
