You will be responsible for driving new business by opening doors in the mid-market and enterprise sectors to secure mandates. Additionally, you will shape the go-to-market strategy, pricing, and the development of the sales organization within an AI-native consulting environment.

Responsible for driving new business growth by converting a high-level network into signed mandates within the SME, Scale-up, and VC/PE sectors. Actively shapes the go-to-market strategy, pricing, and the overall structure of the AI-native consulting organization.

Fellows will collaborate on real-world client projects, taking ownership of technical workstreams from problem structure to production. You will integrate AI systems into existing business processes to deliver measurable impact.
