The role involves conducting thorough medication reviews for pediatric patients, developing management plans, and providing remote consultations to caregivers regarding medication therapy optimization. Responsibilities also include educating patients/caregivers, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The Director of Engineering will own the vision for an AI-enhanced health platform and work closely with the Product Team and Executives to turn that vision into reality. This role requires hands-on coding and leadership in a high-velocity startup environment.
