The Platform Support Engineer will investigate and diagnose production issues, bugs, and system failures across backend services and data pipelines. They will also collaborate with engineering teams to implement fixes, improve system reliability, and document operational workflows.

The role involves investigating and diagnosing production issues, bugs, and system failures by debugging backend services, APIs, and data pipelines, while collaborating closely with internal engineering teams to resolve technical problems impacting the platform. Responsibilities also include performing root cause analysis, identifying recurring operational issues, and proposing improvements to enhance overall system reliability and stability.

The Index Production Analyst will support the daily maintenance of index operations, including research and analysis of financial data and ensuring data quality. They will also assist in managing index processes and contribute to the full lifecycle of index management activities.
