REMOTE MDS Coordinator
The MDS Coordinator manages the scheduling and completion of Minimum Data Set assessments in compliance with federal and state regulations. They also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and ensure accurate reimbursement through clinical oversight.
