The Case Official manages client accounts through inbound and outbound communication to agree on repayment solutions and resolve outstanding balances. They are responsible for maintaining accurate case records while adhering to compliance, debt management policies, and quality standards.

The manager will administer and support the Oracle EPM Cloud applications, acting as the go-to expert for Finance teams regarding troubleshooting, integrations, and configuration. This role also involves driving enhancements, managing updates, strengthening governance, and owning data flows between EPM, ERP, and source systems.

You will deliver solutions to business problems using deep Zendesk expertise, configuring workflows and developing frontend solutions. Additionally, you will monitor and improve system performance while contributing to the continuous improvement of platforms and processes.
