The role focuses on the hands-on delivery of Salesforce solutions by gathering requirements and translating them into functional designs and user stories. Responsibilities include configuring platform capabilities, supporting system testing, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.

The role involves overall accountability for Service Delivery across multiple regions (AU/NZ/PH/IN) and continually driving improvements in efficiency, productivity, and quality of service delivery. This includes owning the Service Management framework, change management processes, and Major Incident Management (MIM) for critical incidents.

The role involves leading discovery workshops with healthcare and aged care clients, translating business requirements into functional solution designs, and configuring Salesforce Health Cloud features like data models and care plans. The consultant will also work closely with delivery teams, support UAT, and contribute to best practice frameworks.
