The specialist supports and improves the quality of behavioral health services through project management and oversight of regulatory compliance. Key duties include monitoring clinical standard work, implementing workflows, and providing training on evidence-based practices.

The Psychiatrist participates and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive psychiatric services, demonstrating advanced application of psychiatric and pharmacologic knowledge. This role involves demonstrating leadership by providing perspective in problem solving, decision making, and planning activities to achieve quality patient outcomes.

As an Open Access Clinician, you will conduct assessments and develop initial treatment plans for clients seeking services. You will also assist with case management and represent Health Solutions West among community agency partners.
