Lead the development of Technical and Operational Services within the Scottish Building Standards Hub to support local authority teams. Provide strategic lead on specialist technical advice and manage the operation of the Scottish Type Approval Scheme.

Perform technical assessments and research to deliver building standards system services for the Scottish Building Standards Hub. This includes determining national Type Approval Scheme applications and developing national guidance and information papers.
