Organizers will recruit, train, and manage a large group of paid Community Mobilizers to conduct relational organizing calls and social media outreach. They are responsible for ensuring accurate data entry, meeting recruitment benchmarks, and maintaining accountability for program participants.

The Deputy Program Communications Director will collaborate with in-state and national partners to create, schedule, and manage all facets of Calls to Action for mobilizers within the Empower App, ensuring accuracy and strategic importance across multiple states. This role also involves serving as the primary point of contact for external communications partners and assisting with payment data management and analytics execution.
