The Deputy Director creates and manages strategic Calls to Action for mobilizers across multiple states using the Empower App. They serve as the primary point of contact for external communication partners to ensure factual accuracy and efficient program execution.

Organizers are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a large group of paid Community Mobilizers to execute relational outreach. They must ensure participants meet performance benchmarks, maintain accurate data entry, and provide feedback to improve program materials.

The role focuses on executing fundraising operations, managing internal donor tracking, and supporting the Director of Development with communications. Additionally, the position involves staffing the President in external meetings and preparing high-stakes briefings and materials.
