The Superintendent will lead a team of subcontractors and personnel to ensure construction projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to code. Responsibilities include documenting progress via ProCore, conducting daily site meetings, and managing all field construction activities.

The Maintenance Service Technician will perform various handyman tasks, including installing retail fixtures, cabinetry, and door hardware while troubleshooting issues to provide long-term solutions. They are responsible for maintaining quality craftsmanship, adhering to safety standards, and communicating effectively with clients and the maintenance department.
