The role involves creating and maintaining clinical documentation and coding tools, such as MEAT-structured templates, coding guides, and SOAP note frameworks, aligned with various healthcare standards like ICD-10-CM and CMS-HCC models. Additionally, the fellow will script and produce educational podcast episodes covering value-based care policy updates and clinical excellence topics.
