Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on Curiox systems globally. Provide technical support, customer training, and collaborate with R&D to provide feedback for product design changes.

The manager will execute the company's business development strategy across biopharma, CRO/CDMO, and strategic partners, focusing on generating, qualifying, and advancing high-potential enterprise and partnership opportunities to meet revenue targets. This includes supporting strategic collaborations, preparing commercial proposals, and tracking milestones toward deal closure.

This senior leadership role is accountable for owning and enforcing system-level architecture across hardware, software, firmware, cloud, and AI layers to ensure platform coherence as the company scales globally. The VP will lead the architecture and delivery of the next-generation software platform, integrating AI capabilities into unified, workflow-level user experiences.
