Lead provider engagement, partnership development, and training coordination for the Rural Health Forward initiative to strengthen South Dakota's rural healthcare workforce. Serve as the primary contact for rural healthcare providers and collaborate with universities and state agencies to advance workforce development.

The CEO provides visionary leadership for CHAD, the HCCN, and the CIN, overseeing strategy, operations, and advocacy efforts. The role involves building strategic partnerships and representing the association with policymakers to improve healthcare access across the Dakotas.
