The Associate will manage customer onboarding, support workflows, and billing processes to drive retention and growth. They will also handle help desk tickets and participate in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.

The Account Executive is responsible for full-cycle sales, including relentless outbound prospecting and cold calling to build a pipeline. They will conduct discovery calls and software demos to close deals while collaborating with leadership to scale sales processes.
