The Coach serves as a trusted advisor to jurisdictions, helping them implement the PbS continuous improvement model within juvenile justice facilities. They translate data into actionable strategies to improve conditions of confinement and strengthen staff practices.

The Director of Membership & Partnerships is responsible for driving revenue through strategic membership growth and cultivating partnerships within the juvenile justice sector. They also supervise a team of coaches and oversee the onboarding process to ensure high-quality service delivery.
