Operatively orchestrate M&A mandates through all phases of the D4U-EXIT system, from data room setup to signing. Coordinate in-house specialist teams and utilize an AI stack to automate deal workflows and increase efficiency.

You will develop and optimize intelligent AI workflows and end-to-end automations to scale M&A processes. Additionally, you will manage system architecture, build real-time reporting dashboards, and implement custom code solutions where necessary.
