The Number Porting Specialist manages the full number portability process for assigned countries, including data input, submission of porting requests, and tracking. They also maintain customer communication, perform quality tests, and report system bugs to ensure operational efficiency.

The Director will lead the company's entry into the Generative AI and LLM ecosystem by establishing strategic partnerships with major AI players. Additionally, they will architect and execute a voice data licensing program while acting as the internal voice of the AI customer.
