Build and lead the Customer Experience function from the ground up, defining the strategy, playbooks, and operating model. Act as a player-coach by managing strategic accounts and guiding enterprise engineering teams through technical onboarding.

The BDR is responsible for identifying and qualifying engineering teams through AI-powered prospecting and outreach to generate a high-quality pipeline. They will collaborate with Account Executives to schedule meetings and close opportunistic deals within the growth segment.
