The Director of Talent Acquisition will design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, focusing on recruiting medical providers such as injectors and surgeons. This role involves building scalable recruiting systems, elevating the company's employer brand, and partnering with leadership to drive growth.

This role owns the end-to-end revenue accounting function, ensuring ASC 606 compliance, overseeing provider commissions, and managing order-to-cash operations across a growing multi-site portfolio. Key duties include leading accounting integration for new acquisitions and championing automation to build scalable workflows.

The Senior Director of Digital will be responsible for architecting, overseeing, and scaling all digital platforms and initiatives across the portfolio, unifying the digital ecosystem in areas like website experience, e-commerce, and paid media. This leader will set the digital strategy while also building the necessary team and infrastructure to deliver measurable growth in patient acquisition and revenue.
