The provider will evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic complaints, perform preventative health consultations, and manage health maintenance concerns using chat and video telemedicine modalities. Essential functions include obtaining histories, performing focused physical exams via photo/video, ordering diagnostics and medications, and documenting thoroughly in the medical record.
