Dr. Krista Kelley, Ph.D., is a psychologist, educator, researcher, and behavioral health professional with extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology with a specialization in Developmental Psychology, focusing on human growth, cognitive development, aging, and mental health across the lifespan. Dr. Kelley has held leadership and clinical roles as a Behavioral Intervention Specialist, Mental Health Supervisor, Professional Life Coach, and educator. Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, co-occurring mental health disorders, trauma histories, and older adults facing age-related cognitive and psychological challenges. Her research interests center on developmental and geriatric psychology, with particular emphasis on mental health, aging, cognitive functioning, quality of life, and the psychological factors that influence successful aging. Through her doctoral research, she examined critical issues in geriatric mental health, contributing to a greater understanding of the emotional, cognitive, and social challenges experienced by older adults. In addition to her clinical and research work, Dr. Kelley is passionate about education and mentorship. She has taught and tutored students in psychology and related disciplines, helping learners develop a strong foundation in psychological science while fostering critical thinking and academic success. Dr. Kelley's professional mission is to bridge research, education, and practice to promote psychological well-being, personal growth, and improved quality of life for individuals at every stage of development.
