I like to design with stakes on the tools people depend on to do real work and the platforms where a confusing workflow has a real cost. I have a technical background and get excited when the landscape shifts, picking up new tools, figuring out what's worth keeping, and making it part of how I work. I'm drawn to fragmented, complex problems and the work of building simple structure underneath. I tend toward minimalism because clarity is usually what's missing, and because well-structured systems are easier to build on - and use.
