Job Summary
We are seeking a Systems Engineer with strong experience in GCP and enterprise application support to manage AI search platform operations, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure platform reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise AI search platform operations.
- Monitor data connectors and resolve connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot application, API, authentication, and GCP-related issues.
- Handle user onboarding, access management, permissions, and credential rotation.
- Support AI agent onboarding and governance.
- Perform incident management, RCA, and issue resolution following ITIL practices.
- Validate APIs using Postman, curl, and OAuth.
- Monitor logs in Microsoft Sentinel.
- Prepare operational dashboards and Monthly Business Review (MBR) reports.
Required Skills
- 6–10 years of Systems/Application Support experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with ITIL, incident management, and service delivery.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Postman, curl, OAuth, and API troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft Sentinel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Mandatory Skills: GCP, Support Delivery Management.
