Role Overview
Do you enjoy researching destinations, organizing details, and helping others turn vacation ideas into memorable experiences? We are expanding our virtual team and seeking motivated, service-minded individuals to join us as Vacation Experience Consultant.
In this role, you will assist travelers at different stages of the vacation planning process. You will learn what each client hopes to experience, explore suitable travel products, organize selected arrangements, and provide helpful communication leading up to their trip.
Client requests may include all-inclusive vacations, resort stays, cruises, family trips, romantic escapes, group travel, tours, special celebrations, and international journeys.
Your Responsibilities
- Discuss upcoming vacation plans with clients and identify their priorities
- Gather information such as travel dates, destination interests, budgets, and preferred experiences
- Explore accommodations, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and vacation packages
- Compare available travel products and identify choices that meet client requirements
- Develop vacation suggestions based on individual preferences
- Help travelers understand package inclusions, reservation terms, promotions, and important dates
- Coordinate approved travel arrangements using available supplier resources
- Assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and other requested services
- Provide clients with reservation confirmations, itinerary information, and planning updates
- Follow up regarding outstanding decisions, documents, payments, or other trip details
- Communicate professionally by phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
- Work with travel supplier partners when additional information or reservation assistance is needed
- Review travel arrangements carefully for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized electronic records of client requests, communications, and reservations
- Continue learning about destinations, supplier products, vacation trends, and travel opportunities
- Provide reliable service designed to create a positive experience throughout the planning process
