Requirements
Responsibilities :
- 2+ years experience as a designer
- A portfolio demonstrating work in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience Design or a related field of study (academic qualifications are secondary, we judge applications solely on the basis of design portfolios)
- Working knowledge of design tools like Sketch, Figma, Invision, Principle and Adobe Creative Suite (you don't need to be a software pro, the tools can always be picked up while on the job :)

- Drawing up a complete overview of the product and service through extensive research and market analysis, including identifying any bottlenecks and solutions.
- Formulating compelling arguments and solutions to create positive impact.

- Building robust information architecture and elevating product simplicity by resolving and converging all information to just a few screens.
- Using layout, colour and typography with clear visual hierarchy to create compelling compositions.
- Performing design QA and working closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Proactively driving communication with stakeholders to ensure concepts meet the intended project goals. This includes conveying design decisions, exchanging feedback, ensuring timelines are met, and so on.
