Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to provide content creation and social media services focused primarily on Twitter/X.

The contractor will be responsible for identifying relevant trends, creating localized content, supporting real-time event coverage, and providing strategic recommendations to increase audience engagement and brand relevance in the Brazilian market.

Services shall be performed autonomously, following the strategic guidelines, brand positioning, and objectives provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Twitter/X content strategy & execution

• Develop and execute content initiatives for Twitter/X aligned with agreed objectives and campaigns.
• Propose content calendars, content themes, and engagement opportunities.
• Deliver content assets and copy according to agreed timelines and project requirements.

Real-time content & Trend monitoring

• Monitor relevant industry conversations, cultural trends, sports events, and social media opportunities.
• Identify and recommend timely content opportunities that may generate engagement and visibility.
• Produce reactive and trend-driven content when relevant to the brand strategy.

Content creation

• Create engaging, localized, and culturally relevant content for the Brazilian audience.
• Develop witty, creative, and high-performing copy aligned with the brand voice.
• Support content ideation for additional channels and campaigns whenever requested within the agreed scope of services.

Community support

• Provide recommendations regarding audience engagement opportunities.
• Support community management initiatives through content suggestions and response frameworks when applicable.
• Meet agreed response and delivery SLAs established between the parties.

Performance analysis & Recommendations

• Monitor content performance and social media metrics.
• Provide periodic reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
• Suggest improvements based on audience behaviour, platform trends, and campaign results.

Deliverables

• Content creation and copywriting for Twitter/X.

• Real-time content opportunities and trend reports.

• Localized content concepts and engagement ideas.

• Performance reports and optimization recommendations.

• Strategic input regarding social media initiatives and audience growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing Twitter/X accounts professionally.

• Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create concise, impactful, and engaging content.

• Strong sense of humor and deep understanding of internet culture, memes, and online communities.

• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.

• Ability to create relevant and engaging real-time content.

• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating social media performance.

• Experience in iGaming, sports betting, crypto, entertainment, sports, or tech is considered a plus.

Engagement model
