Summary Overview

Start your journey in the travel industry with a flexible remote opportunity designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow. We're expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic, dependable people to join us as Travel Consultant Apprentice.

As a Travel Consultant Apprentice, you'll receive hands-on training while helping clients plan personalized vacations and memorable travel experiences. You'll learn how to research destinations, compare vacation options, coordinate reservations, and provide exceptional support throughout the travel planning process. You'll assist clients booking everything from all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family vacations, romantic escapes, group travel, and international adventures.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Our structured training program, experienced mentors, and ongoing support are designed to help you build confidence and develop valuable career skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to identify each traveler's vacation goals, interests, and budget
• Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruise itineraries, tours, and travel packages
• Assist with creating customized travel recommendations
• Help coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and excursion reservations
• Support clients throughout the planning and booking experience
• Share destination information, supplier promotions, and available travel options
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
• Work with preferred travel suppliers to secure reservations and verify booking details
• Review itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents before departure
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel reservations
• Stay informed on destination updates, supplier offers, and industry news
• Deliver exceptional service that builds client confidence and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Basic computer knowledge and confidence using online applications
• Detail-oriented with strong critical-thinking skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
