Role Overview

The mission of the TQM Manager is to ensure the excellence, consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment of all written and digital materials produced by WWP. This includes TQM for publications, marketing materials, web content, digital communications, and other resources. The TQM Manager is responsible for adhering to quality standards, reviewing content for clarity and compliance, and maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of all WWP communications.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Personal experience with Walking with Purpose Bible studies is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office (especially MS Word) and Google Business Apps
  • Familiarity with proofreading and editing standards such as Chicago Manual of Style
  • Familiarity with Monday.com for work flow and deadlines

Core Responsibilities

  • TQM of communications, collateral, and marketing materials as needed
  • Update WWP Manual of Style as needed to clarify TQM standards for the apostolate
