Telehealth Doctor - Conrtactor | Flexible Hours | Evening Shifts Available

Alternaleaf is Australia’s largest telehealth provider of its kind, supporting over 200,000 patients to access safe, trusted alternative care. Founded in 2021 as part of Montu, we are redefining how healthcare is delivered through seamless, patient-first telehealth services powered by experienced nurses and doctors.

We’re looking for AHPRA-registered Medical Practitioners to join our growing telehealth team and make a real impact in patients’ lives every day.

We’re especially keen to hear from doctors based in Western Australia who are available to provide late afternoon and evening consultations, ideally between 5:00pm and 10:00pm AEST/AEDT, helping us meet growing patient demand.

Our patients are diverse, and this role suits doctors who are confident consulting across a wide range of presentations and age groups.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering high-quality telehealth consultations to a broad patient base
• Conducting clinical assessments, prescribing (S4 & S8), and managing follow-up care
• Collaborating with nurses and clinical support teams to ensure smooth patient journeys
• Maintaining accurate, compliant documentation in a digital-first environment
• Using modern digital tools to improve patient outcomes and efficiency
• Providing consistent, compassionate, and continuity-focused care

About you

• PGY4 or above
• General AHPRA registration with no conditions or restrictions
• Comfortable managing a varied caseload via telehealth
• Bonus points if you enjoy working at pace, embracing new models of care, and being part of a team that is reshaping how healthcare is delivered in Australia.
