We are looking for a Team Coordinator who is sharp, articulate, and highly self-sufficient. This is not an entry-level admin role.
If you learned project management by following step-by-step instructions and waiting to be told what to do, this is not for you. Your skills should be strong enough that you can manage tasks, projects, and priorities independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems without hand-holding.
You must be fluent in English, both written and verbal, and technologically savvy.
Working hours are Pacific Standard Time.
You must be on video during work hours, so a fast and reliable internet connection is required. We work in a virtual office environment, and real-time presence matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily tasks, priorities, and projects
- Follow up on pending items and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Inbox management and written communication
- General coordination
- Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and projects as they arise
- Provide updates.

- Proactively identify issues and resolve them before they become problems
- Act as a trusted extension of our day-to-day operations
